Wilder obtained his BA from Williams College and his JD from University of Connecticut School of Law.

For more than 30 years, Wilder has specialized in real estate and zoning issues in and around Darien, including: applications for permits and approvals, variances, and related zoning issues; residential and commercial real estate sales, purchases and leases; real estate development; financing; real property tax appeals; easements; boundary line disputes, and the like.

With deep involvement in the community…

Wilder volunteered in town government for many years, including serving on the Charter Review Commission and the Representative Town Meeting. He is a dedicated supporter of Person-to-Person, Inc., having served on the Board of Directors for ten years, including two years as President. He now sits on the Development Committee. An active member of St. Luke’s Parish, Wilder leads and participates in many outreach activities, including Homefront and Community Supper.
